Domestic Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed.

Shipments do not occur on weekends, so if you order is placed on friday evening, it will not ship until Monday morning at the earliest.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We attempt to ship here, but we cannot control whether or not you have trouble receiving the package. Orders made to military addresses that do not reach destrination cannot be refunded. Order at your own risk.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation will occur when the order ships out. Tracking will be provided if possible, but we ship with multiple couriers and sometimes this is not possibe.

Customs, duties, and taxes

You are responsible for any customs or taxes incurred importing to your country. We do not cover customs of taxes, and we do not accept returns on the basis of avoiding tax/customs.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product in the mail, send photos to [email protected], and we will replace your order.
